报道了LD端面泵浦的Nd: YAG/LBO U形腔腔内倍频激光器,通过对连续LD泵浦源脉冲调制选取合适的占空比,大幅降低了晶体的热透镜效应.在泵浦功率8.05 W,重复频率1 kHz条件下,获得了输出功率1.38 W、脉宽8 ns、峰值功率172 kW、光束质量M~2因子1.3的绿激光输出,光-光转换率达17%.

The U shape cavity is used in end pumped Nd: YAG/LBO SHG configuration is reported.The thermal effect was reduced greatly by modulating the LD and using suitable duty cycle,when the incident power is 8.05 W,repetition rate is 1 kHz,1.38 W TEM00 mode green laser with pulse width 8 ns is obtained by optimization of the system.The optical to optical conversion is 17% and the peak power is up to 172 kW.M~2 coefficient is 1.3.
