笔者研究了桦木、落叶松和樟子松高温热处理材的胶合性能,并与常规干燥材进行了对比.测试结果表明木材的胶合剪切强度与所用的胶黏剂有关,聚氨酯胶合的三个树种木材的剪切强度普遍大于白乳胶胶合的木材.无论是室内用的白乳胶或室外木结构用的聚氨酯胶都能与三个树种的高温热处理材很好地胶合,胶合试件的浸渍剥离率或煮沸剥离率皆为零.木材经高温热处理后,其剪切强度均有不同程度的降低,阔叶材桦木下降幅度最大,针叶材落叶松下降幅度最小.
筆者研究瞭樺木、落葉鬆和樟子鬆高溫熱處理材的膠閤性能,併與常規榦燥材進行瞭對比.測試結果錶明木材的膠閤剪切彊度與所用的膠黏劑有關,聚氨酯膠閤的三箇樹種木材的剪切彊度普遍大于白乳膠膠閤的木材.無論是室內用的白乳膠或室外木結構用的聚氨酯膠都能與三箇樹種的高溫熱處理材很好地膠閤,膠閤試件的浸漬剝離率或煮沸剝離率皆為零.木材經高溫熱處理後,其剪切彊度均有不同程度的降低,闊葉材樺木下降幅度最大,針葉材落葉鬆下降幅度最小.

Bonding performance of high-temperature heat-treated wood of birch, larch and Mongolian pine species was studied and compared with that of conventional dried lumber. The results of the tests show that the shear strength of wood depends on the adhesive system used for bonding. The shear strength of wood bonded with Polyurethan (PUR) adhesive is higher mostly than that of wood bonded with PVAC. Either PVAC adhesive for interior usage or PUR adhesive for exterior application can be well bonded with high-temperature heat-treated wood of three species, and the delamination rate of bonded specimens after being immersed in room-temperature water or boiling-water is zero. The shear strength of high-temperature heat-treated wood is decreased more or less; the shear strength of birch is decreased to the largest extent and that of larch is decreased to the smallest extent.
