通过水提醇沉法提取了浒苔多糖.总结了最优提取条件为:固液比1:60,90℃,4 h.通过红外分析了特征峰.并测出浒苔粗多糖中总糖含量69.49%,硫酸根含量15.42%,糖醛酸含量为19.51%.最后用纤维素柱和凝胶色谱柱对多糖进行了提纯.

The polysaccharides of enteromorpha(EP) were obtained by aqueous extractionalcohol precipitation technology. The optimum extracting conditions were found and the characteristic absorption peaks of polysaccharides were showed from the IR spectroscopy. The EP containes 69.49% carbohydrate, 15.42% of sulfate and 19.51% of uronic acids. The EP is purified by Anionexchange chromatographic and size exclusion chromatography.
