[目的]完善棉花"两带育苗"(带基质移栽和带拮抗作用的无土旱育苗技术)的配方结构.[方法]以棉苗发芽率为测定指标,在单质试验基础上采用DPS均匀试验,并对结果进行二次多项式回归方程模拟、优化求解,再验证最优配方.[结果]最佳基质配方为:X_1占69.72%,X_2占30.82%,X_3占2.31%,X_4占1.59%,X_5占0.25%.此时的出苗率预测值达到81.63%.[结论]均匀设计法用于基质配方的筛选,能明显提高试验效率,降低试验费用,并在保证提整性、保水性等关键性能上得出较为理想的配方.
[目的]完善棉花"兩帶育苗"(帶基質移栽和帶拮抗作用的無土旱育苗技術)的配方結構.[方法]以棉苗髮芽率為測定指標,在單質試驗基礎上採用DPS均勻試驗,併對結果進行二次多項式迴歸方程模擬、優化求解,再驗證最優配方.[結果]最佳基質配方為:X_1佔69.72%,X_2佔30.82%,X_3佔2.31%,X_4佔1.59%,X_5佔0.25%.此時的齣苗率預測值達到81.63%.[結論]均勻設計法用于基質配方的篩選,能明顯提高試驗效率,降低試驗費用,併在保證提整性、保水性等關鍵性能上得齣較為理想的配方.

[Objective] The research aimed to improve the technique system of cotton seedling raising with transplanting vector and antagonist. [Method] Cotton seedling emergence rate was used as a measure index. Even-design solution was adopted. The consequence of all treatments was simulated by quadratic polynomial. And optimization solution was adopted. [Result] Satisfactory formula was as follows: X_1 69.72%, X_2 30.82%, X_3 2.31%, X_4 1.59%, X_5 0.25%.Thus, the seedling emergence reached 81.63%. [Conclusion] Uniform design method for the screening matrix formulations could significantly improve test efficiency and reduce testing costs, come to a more satisfactory formula in ensuring complete dragging rate, water retaining property and other key performance.
