The method which is on the base of template operation finds a best template coefficient according to the image features, in order to reduce the noise and to remove the unnecessary background in the image, so that it can prominent the target contour and attain to the purpose of target extraction. The result of the experiment shows that the method achieves above effects effectively and extracts target accurately, it brings great conveniences for follow-up treatment of target location-detection and image recognition etc.
