以校本研修促进教师专业发展是目前学校广为运用的基本策略。采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对我校在利用集团化办学的资源优势所采用的具有本校特色的校本教研策略进行了研究。在评述已有成果的基础上,论述了我校在推进体育校本教研活动深入发展的过程中,为了突破"高原"瓶颈,基于"差异发展观"的校本理念,通过搭建"三校联动"、"本真课堂"、"学科组滚动研究"、"教师工作室"等立体化、多层次的教研平台,实施差异引领,从而初步实现了我校校本教研"从制度归约到文化关怀、从被动应对到主动参与、从单一引领到宽泛引领"的转变,为校本教研逐步走向深入选择了一条行之有效的实践路径,促进了集团内体育教师的多元发展。

School-based training to promote professional development of teachers is the school wide use of basic strategy.In this paper,literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,statistics and other methods,the use of our school group in the school with the resources used by school characteristics,school-based teaching strategies were studied.Commenting has been based on the results,discussed in our school-based teaching and research activities to promote the further development of sports in the process,in order to break the "plateau" bottleneck,based on the "difference concept of development" school-based concept,built by the "three school linkage" "the real classroom," "subject scroll research group","Teacher Workshop" and other three-dimensional,multi-level teaching and research platform for the implementation differences lead to the initial realization of our school-based teaching and research "from the system reduction to cultural care,from passive response to active participation,leading to a broad lead from a single "change gradually in-depth for the school-based teaching has chosen a path of well-established practice,physical education teachers to promote the group's diversity.
