目的探讨微型骨锚在指伸肌腱止点撕脱伤修复中的疗效.方法对15例指伸肌腱止点撕脱伤患者应用Mitek微型骨锚植入远节指骨基底背侧伸指肌腱止点处,克氏针固定远侧指间关节过伸位,再用锚尾部的0/3 Ethibond缝合线与撕脱的指伸肌腱远端缝合.结果 l5例术后随访8～12个月,平均l0个月.按Dorgan评定标准评定疗效,优11例,良4例.结论微型骨锚用于修复指伸肌腱止点撕脱,操作简便,疗效可靠.

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Mitek Mini anchors in the reconstruction of terminal extensor tendon avulsions,Methods Fifteen cases of terminal extensor tendon avulsions were involved,the Mitek Mini anchor was placed into the base of the distal phalange,the distal interphalangeal joint was stabilized in slightly over-extension position with a Kirschner wire and its two 0/3 Ethibond sutures were woven into the terminal extensor tendon.Results All cases were followed for 8 to 12 months with an average of 10 months.According to Dorgan scales,the result was excellent in 11 cases and good in 4 cases.Conclusions Reconstruction of terminal extensor tendon insertion by Mitek Mini anchor is technically easy,the result is reliable.
