以里氏木霉(Trichoderma reesei)为产酶菌株,杂细胞为产酶诱导物,通过固态发酵生产纤维素酶。研究结果表明:杂细胞、稻草粉、麸皮三者之比为2∶4∶4,氮源为硫酸铵(总氮量为0.4%),料水比为1∶2,28~30℃恒温培养5d,为最佳产酶条件,CMC酶活达516.64IU/g干曲。在培养基中添加0.1%的表面活性剂Tween 80对产酶无显著影响。纤维素酶作用的最适pH4.85、温度50℃。
以裏氏木黴(Trichoderma reesei)為產酶菌株,雜細胞為產酶誘導物,通過固態髮酵生產纖維素酶。研究結果錶明:雜細胞、稻草粉、麩皮三者之比為2∶4∶4,氮源為硫痠銨(總氮量為0.4%),料水比為1∶2,28~30℃恆溫培養5d,為最佳產酶條件,CMC酶活達516.64IU/g榦麯。在培養基中添加0.1%的錶麵活性劑Tween 80對產酶無顯著影響。纖維素酶作用的最適pH4.85、溫度50℃。
이리씨목매(Trichoderma reesei)위산매균주,잡세포위산매유도물,통과고태발효생산섬유소매。연구결과표명:잡세포、도초분、부피삼자지비위2∶4∶4,담원위류산안(총담량위0.4%),료수비위1∶2,28~30℃항온배양5d,위최가산매조건,CMC매활체516.64IU/g간곡。재배양기중첨가0.1%적표면활성제Tween 80대산매무현저영향。섬유소매작용적최괄pH4.85、온도50℃。
Cellulase production was carried out by solid state fermentation with Trichoderma reesei when the Parenchyma cell was used for inducers. The results show that the optimum conditions of producing cellulase are: the proportion of parenchyma cell to straw to wheat bran is 2∶4∶4, the nitrogen is (NH4)2SO4, the water amount of medium is 200%, the temperature is 30℃ and the time is 5 days, in the solid-state medium of parenchyma cell, straw powder and wheat bran. The CMCase is as high as 516.64IU/g dry koji. Tween 80 gives a little contribution to CMC ase. The optimal conditions for enzyme action are: pH4.85, 50℃.
