从油茶林不同类型土样中分离到85株放线菌,采用PDA培养基和甲壳素脱乙酰酶培养基进行筛选.结果表明,以油茶炭疽病菌为指示菌, 用对峙培养法选出抑菌带宽度达15 mm以上的菌株18株,菌株CF17拮抗效果最明显;CF17对油茶根腐病菌、油茶叶枯病菌等供试病原真菌也有较好抑菌效果,对各供试病原真菌的抑菌带宽度达14 mm 以上;CF18、CF33和CF48菌株能产生甲壳素脱乙酰酶.
從油茶林不同類型土樣中分離到85株放線菌,採用PDA培養基和甲殼素脫乙酰酶培養基進行篩選.結果錶明,以油茶炭疽病菌為指示菌, 用對峙培養法選齣抑菌帶寬度達15 mm以上的菌株18株,菌株CF17拮抗效果最明顯;CF17對油茶根腐病菌、油茶葉枯病菌等供試病原真菌也有較好抑菌效果,對各供試病原真菌的抑菌帶寬度達14 mm 以上;CF18、CF33和CF48菌株能產生甲殼素脫乙酰酶.
종유다림불동류형토양중분리도85주방선균,채용PDA배양기화갑각소탈을선매배양기진행사선.결과표명,이유다탄저병균위지시균, 용대치배양법선출억균대관도체15 mm이상적균주18주,균주CF17길항효과최명현;CF17대유다근부병균、유다협고병균등공시병원진균야유교호억균효과,대각공시병원진균적억균대관도체14 mm 이상;CF18、CF33화CF48균주능산생갑각소탈을선매.
85 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from different types of soil samples of Camellia oleifera forest by using PDA and chitin deacetylase selective medium. The results showed that: Using Colletotrichum gloeosporioides as indicator, 18 strains were selected by plate confrontation method with inhibition zone width being more than 15 mm. The inhibition effect of strain CF17 was the best. The strain CF17 also showed better effects against Fusarium proliferatum, Pestalotiopsis microspora, etc, and the inhibition zone width were all more than 14 mm to each pathogenic fungus. CF18, CF33, CF48 strains could produce chitin deacetylase.
