目的 探讨血管回声跟踪技术检测脑梗死患者颈总动脉弹性的价值.方法 应用血管回声跟踪技术测量80例脑梗死患者和80例正常人双侧颈总动脉弹性参数,压力应变弹性系数(E_ρ)、硬化度(β)和顺应性(AC).并进行对比分析.结果 脑梗死组E_ρ、β较正常对照组明显增高(E_ρ:136.07±21.15对110.06±29.62,P<0.01;β:10.98±1.39对9.02±1.96,P<0.01),AC明显低于正常对照组(0.59±0.16对0.76±0.19,P<0.05);内-中膜厚度(IMT)与E_ρ、β呈显著正相关性(r=0.526,r=0.625,P<0.05).IMT与AC之间呈显著负相关性(r=-0.539,P<0.05),左右侧颈总动脉参数差异无统计学意义.结论 血管回声跟踪技术可以准确评价脑梗死患者颈总动脉壁弹性功能.

Objective To investigate the carotid arterial elasticity in Patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 160 cases were divided into two groups:control group (80 cases)and cerebral infarction group (80 cases).By echo tracking technique,the quantitative parameters of pressure strain elastic modulus (E_ρ),stiffness parameter(β),arterial compliance (AC)and intima-media thickness (IMT) from both carotid arteries were detected.Results E_ρ and β were significantly higher in cerebral infarction group than those of control group (E_ρ:136.07 ±21.15vs 110.06±29.62,P<0.01.β:10.98±1.39 vs 9.02±1.96,P<0.01,respectively).AC was lower than that of control group (0.59±0.16 vs 0.76±0.19,P<0.05).There were positive correlations between IMT and E_ρ as well as β(r=0.526,r=0.625,P<0.05).There was negative correlation between IMT and AC (r=-0.539,P<0.05).Conclusions Echo tracking technique is a simple high accurate method to evaluate carotid elasticity in patients with cerebral infarction.
