目的:探讨不同条件下低强度中频超声对宫颈癌细胞生长的影响.方法:以不同强度及时间的低强度中频超卢作用于人宫颈癌CaSki细胞,用MTT法检测细胞死亡数量,找出细胞抑制率的总体趋势.结果:不同条件下的低强度中频超声幅照各组间细胞抑制率与对照组相比有统计学差异,且各组间也存在统计学差异.结论:单纯低强度中频超声对人宫颈癌Ca Ski细胞有较强杀伤作用,且与幅照的时间和强度呈明显相关性.

목적:탐토불동조건하저강도중빈초성대궁경암세포생장적영향.방법:이불동강도급시간적저강도중빈초로작용우인궁경암CaSki세포,용MTT법검측세포사망수량,조출세포억제솔적총체추세.결과:불동조건하적저강도중빈초성폭조각조간세포억제솔여대조조상비유통계학차이,차각조간야존재통계학차이.결론:단순저강도중빈초성대인궁경암Ca Ski세포유교강살상작용,차여폭조적시간화강도정명현상관성.
Objective: To investigate the effect of low-intensity ultrasound on the growth of human cervical cancer Ca Ski cells. Methods: The human cervical cancer Ca Ski cells were irradiated by low- intensity ultrasound with different intensity and time. The intensity of uhrasound(1.7MHz)was 0.65 W/cm~2~ and 0.8W/cm~2,respectively. The exposure time was 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 s respectively:Ca Ski cells were incubated in 24 well cuhure plates for 24 hours after sonication and Cytotoxicity, was tested by MTT ashy. Results: Cytotoxicity of ultrasound radiation on Ca Ski cells in the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the controls (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound exposure can effectively inhibit the growth of Ca Ski cells. The effect is relevant to the intensity and exposure time of ultrasound radiation.
