桑树内生拮抗细菌枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis) L144对多种植物病原菌具有较强的抑制作用.为进一步探讨该内生菌的开发应用价值,研究了该内生菌对植物生长及营养代谢的影响.试验结果表明:适当浓度的L144菌株培养液能明显提高玉米和桑树种子的发芽势、发芽率和胚根长,增加玉米和桑树幼苗的株高及植株鲜质量和干质量,提高植株体内叶绿素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖的含量,且以菌株培养液10倍稀释液的促生作用最为显著;该菌株的菌体悬浮液及胞外分泌物对玉米幼苗也表现出不同程度的促生作用;该菌株还具有分泌植物生长激素、溶解无机磷和有机磷的性能,有可能是其促进植株生长的主要作用机制.试验结果提示,L144菌株的培养液及菌体和胞外分泌物对植物有较明显的促生作用.

Mulberry antagonistic endophytic bacterium Bacillus subtilis L144 has strong inhibitory effect on various plant patho-gens.In order to further explore the development and application value of this bacterium so as to provide new resources for plant microbioecologics,its effects on growth promotion and nutrition metabolism of plants were investigated.The results showed that the culture solution of bacterial strain L144 at certain concentrations could heighten the germinability,germination rate and radicular length of maize and mulberry seeds obviously,increase seedling height and plantlet fresh weight and dry weight,and improve the contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble carbohydrate in plantlets.The growth promo-tion effect of 10 time dilution of the culture solution was the most significant.Furthermore,bacterial suspension solution and secreted substances of this bacterium had certain effects on promoting growth of maize seedlings.This bacterial strain could also secrete plant growth hormone and dissolve inorganic and organic phosphorous compounds,possiblyaccounting for its promotion effect on plant growth.The obtained results demonstrate that the culture solution,the bacterial suspension and secreted subst:ances of strain L144 have obvious effect on promoting plant growth.
