目的：对颅脑转移瘤的来源、分布部位及瘤周水肿三者关系进行分析与探讨。方法：将54例颅脑转移瘤检出93个病灶，行平扫及增强扫描。将颅脑分为三个区：1区指大脑半球皮髓质交界区；2区指大脑半球；3区指小脑、脑干。水肿分为四个级别：0度无水肿；1度ETR<=1；2度1<ETR<2；3度ETR>=2。结果：转移灶1区74个；2区14个，3区5个。水肿程度：0度16个；1度15个；2度26个；3度36个。结论：转移瘤瘤周水肿与转移瘤的来源、恶性程度无关；而与转移瘤的发生部位关系密切。
目的：對顱腦轉移瘤的來源、分佈部位及瘤週水腫三者關繫進行分析與探討。方法：將54例顱腦轉移瘤檢齣93箇病竈，行平掃及增彊掃描。將顱腦分為三箇區：1區指大腦半毬皮髓質交界區；2區指大腦半毬；3區指小腦、腦榦。水腫分為四箇級彆：0度無水腫；1度ETR<=1；2度1<ETR<2；3度ETR>=2。結果：轉移竈1區74箇；2區14箇，3區5箇。水腫程度：0度16箇；1度15箇；2度26箇；3度36箇。結論：轉移瘤瘤週水腫與轉移瘤的來源、噁性程度無關；而與轉移瘤的髮生部位關繫密切。
목적：대로뇌전이류적래원、분포부위급류주수종삼자관계진행분석여탐토。방법：장54례로뇌전이류검출93개병조，행평소급증강소묘。장로뇌분위삼개구：1구지대뇌반구피수질교계구；2구지대뇌반구；3구지소뇌、뇌간。수종분위사개급별：0도무수종；1도ETR<=1；2도1<ETR<2；3도ETR>=2。결과：전이조1구74개；2구14개，3구5개。수종정도：0도16개；1도15개；2도26개；3도36개。결론：전이류류주수종여전이류적래원、악성정도무관；이여전이류적발생부위관계밀절。
Objective: As to the transferring tumor of skull, analyze and discuss the relationship about its source, distributing part and oedema around it .Methods: Examine 93 focus of transferring tumor of skull, and scan parallel and increasingly to them. Divide the skull into 3 regions: Region 1 is the boundary of hemisphere skinniness and medulla; Region 2 is hemisphere; Region 3 is cerebellum and the brain stem. Four degrees of oedema: Degree 0 (not dropsy),Degree 1 (ETR<=1),Degree 2 (1<ETR<2),Degree 3(ETR>=2).Results: transferring focus: 74 ones in Region 1; 14 in Region 2;5 ones in Region 3. Degree of oedema: 16 ones in Degree 0;15ones in Degree 1; 26 ones in Degree 2;36 ones in degree Conclusion: There is no relationship between oedema around transferring tumor and its source and vicious degree; Closely related to the transferring part.
