[目的]研究红芪多糖3(HPS-3)的抗氧化活性.[方法]在体外化学模拟条件下,研究 HPS-3对超氧阴离子(O_2~-·)、羟基自由基(·OH)、DPPH和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)的清除作用.[结果]HPS-3具有一定的清除自由基的能力,在 0.05~5.00 mg/ml浓度范围内,对O_2~-·、H_2O_2、·OH及 DPPH的最大清除率分别为 55.92%、59.32%、53.69%和87.66%,且呈一定的量效依赖关系.[结论]红芪多糖在体外有直接的抗氧化能力.

[목적]연구홍기다당3(HPS-3)적항양화활성.[방법]재체외화학모의조건하,연구 HPS-3대초양음리자(O_2~-·)、간기자유기(·OH)、DPPH화과양화경(H_2O_2)적청제작용.[결과]HPS-3구유일정적청제자유기적능력,재 0.05~5.00 mg/ml농도범위내,대O_2~-·、H_2O_2、·OH급 DPPH적최대청제솔분별위 55.92%、59.32%、53.69%화87.66%,차정일정적량효의뢰관계.[결론]홍기다당재체외유직접적항양화능력.
[Objective]The research aimed to study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide HPS-3 from Radix Hedysari [Method]Under in vitro chemical simulated conditions,the scavenging effects of HPS-3's on superoxide anion(O_2~-·),hydroxyl radical (·OH),DPPH and H_2O_2 were measured for evaluating their antioxidant activity.[Result]The results showed that HPS-3 had some functions of scavenging free radicals,in the concentration range of 0.05-5.00 mg/ml.The maximum scavenging rate on O_2~-·,H_2O_2,·OH and DPPH were 55.92%,59.32%,53.69%,87.66% respectively and there was a dose-dependent relationship.[Conclusion]Polysaccharide from Radix Hedysari has distinctive antioxidant activity in vitro.
