为了解决双色光刀三维扫描仪的标定问题,分别采用直线对应法和基于最小二乘的标定方法对摄像机和光刀进行标定,设计并实现了三维扫描仪系统的标定,经试验表明,此方法简单易行,计算结果精度高,对数据测量的精确性和可靠性提供了保障。也为后续口腔修复CAD/CAM软件系统的开发奠定了基础。
為瞭解決雙色光刀三維掃描儀的標定問題,分彆採用直線對應法和基于最小二乘的標定方法對攝像機和光刀進行標定,設計併實現瞭三維掃描儀繫統的標定,經試驗錶明,此方法簡單易行,計算結果精度高,對數據測量的精確性和可靠性提供瞭保障。也為後續口腔脩複CAD/CAM軟件繫統的開髮奠定瞭基礎。

To solve the difficult problem of calibration for 3D scanner with light knife of two-colour, lineal corresponding method and calibration based on least square method are used, which designed and implemented the system calibration for 3D scanner. The practice indicates that the method is esay to implement and get high-precision results, which guarantee accuracy and reliability for data measuring and establish basis for subsequent exploitation for Dental CAD software system.
