目的 探讨血微量元素水平与神经精神因素的关系.方法 对126例6个月至13岁健康儿童分为有神经精神症状组80例及无神经精神症状组(对照组)46例,采用原子吸收法分别测量血锌、钙、铁、铅的水平.结果有神经精神症状组锌缺乏率为71.25%,对照组为64%(P＜0.05);有神经精神症状组钙缺乏率为70%,对照组为46.5%(P＜0.05);有神经精神症状组铁缺乏率为18.75%,对照组为15.3%(P＜0.05);有神经精神症状组铅过量率为50%,对照组为32.6%(P＜0.05).结论 儿童神经精神因素与血微最元素有关.

목적 탐토혈미량원소수평여신경정신인소적관계.방법 대126례6개월지13세건강인동분위유신경정신증상조80례급무신경정신증상조(대조조)46례,채용원자흡수법분별측량혈자、개、철、연적수평.결과유신경정신증상조자결핍솔위71.25%,대조조위64%(P＜0.05);유신경정신증상조개결핍솔위70%,대조조위46.5%(P＜0.05);유신경정신증상조철결핍솔위18.75%,대조조위15.3%(P＜0.05);유신경정신증상조연과량솔위50%,대조조위32.6%(P＜0.05).결론 인동신경정신인소여혈미최원소유관.
Objective To explore the relationship between psychiatric factors and sernm microelements.Method Divided 126 children that age 0.5-13 into psychiatric group which had 80cases and normal control group which had 46cases.Used atomic absorption method to test the Zn,Ca,Fe,Pn blood level of all children.Results The zinc deficiency is 71.25%in psychoatric group;and the normal control group is 64%(P＜0.05). The calcium deficiency is 70%in psychiatric group;and the control group is 46.5%(P＜0.05). The iron deficiency is 18.75%in psychiatric group;and the control group is 15.3%(P＜0.05).The high levels of blood lead is 50%in psychiatric group;and the control group is 32.6%(P＜0.05). Conclusion These data suggest that there is a relationship between serum microelements and psychiatric factors.
