隐形教育是外科手术学教学中不可忽视的重要教育方式。通过发挥手术室环境的熏陶作用，教师的示范作用，各项操作规则和管理制度的潜在作用，手术的协同作用，手术对象的替代作用，对学生手术基本技能、无菌观念、工作态度、责任意识、职业行为等进行熏陶和培养。在外科手术学教学中，隐形教育与显形教育互为补充，在强化学生临床知识学习的基础上，帮助学生养成高尚的医德情操。

Recessive education is an important educational method in operative surgery teaching that cannot be neglected.The cultivation of students' basic surgery skills, sterile concepts, working attitude, sense of responsibility, and professional behavior could been affected by playing the roles of edifying effect of the operating room atmosphere, teachers' demonstration effect, the hidden effects of various operating rules and management systems, collaborative effect of surgery, and the substitution effect of surgical objects. In operative surgery teaching, recessive education and dominance education are complementary.On the basis of strengthening students' learning of clinical knowledge, we should help the students to develop noble medical ethics sentiment.
