目的 探讨先天性眼球震颤的手术设计方法与临床疗效.方法 22例先天性眼球震颤患者采用中间带移位术,合并有斜视者同时矫正斜视.结果 22例患者术后视力均提高2行以上,18例代偿头位消失,明显改善4例；合并水平斜视者16例,14例术后眼位正常,2例欠矫；部分患者双眼视功能较术前有所好转.结论 合理的手术设计治疗先天性眼球震颤,不仅能改善原在位视力,矫正代偿头位和斜视,还有利于双眼视的建立.

Objective To evaluate the design and effect of operations on congenital nystagmus.Methods Twenty-two cases suffered from idiopathic congentital nystagmus were applied with the operation correction of neutral zones.If the cases combined with horizontal strabismus were applied with the operation correction of neutral zones in the main eye,and horizontal strabismus correction in another eye.Results Of the 22 cases,visual acuity of all the main eyes were improved over two lines than before.Compensatory head-posture of 18 cases disappeared,and 4 cases were improved obviously.In 16 cases combined with horizontal strabismus before operation,14 cases were corrected,2 cases were correct deficiently.The binocular vision function of some cases were improved after operation.Conclusion Reasonable surgical treatment of congenital nystagmus can not only improve visual acuity,correct compensatory head-posture and strabismus,but also profit for the construction of binocular vision.
