从Cis-[Pt(NH3)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 与1,1-环丁烷二羧酸钠的化学反应中,分离出一种新的Pt(II)配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱, 质谱和高效液相色谱的分析测试,初步推测结构为顺式-四氨-μ-二(1,1-环丁烷二羧酸根-O1,O2)合二铂的新化学结构式.

Besides carboplatin, a novel insoluble Pt(II) complex was obtained by the chemical reaction between cis-[Pt(NH3)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 and sodium 1,1- cyclobutanedicarboxylate with a yield of ca. 3.6% based on platinum. Its chemical structure was studied by elemental analysis, IR, MS-FAB+ and HPLC. The results suggested that the complex possess a novel structure of cis-tetraammine-μ-di(1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate-O1,O2) diplatinum(II).
