为了研究提取柳杉总黄酮的提取工艺条件,采用响应曲面法,对影响因素的浓度、温度、固液比、时间及乙醇浓度进行了评价.试验得出,最优提取条件为温度76℃,固液比1:31,提取时间3.2h,乙醇浓度76%.在此条件下,柳杉总黄酮的产率为2.163%,响应曲面法能够较好地提取柳杉总黄酮.

The concentration, temperature, solid/liquid ratio, time and alcohol concentration affecting extraction rate of flavonoids in Cryptomeria fortunei were evaluated by using response surface methodology to study the optimum extraction technology. The results showed that the 2.163% flavonoids extraction rate could be obtained under the optimum extraction conditions of 76℃, 1 : 31 of solid/liquid ratio, 3.2 h of extraction time and 76% alcohol concentration and the response surface methodology can be used in flavonoids extraction in Cryptomeria fortunei.
