用小尺寸多圆柱阵列替代简单晶格中的每个单圆柱基元,构成一种全新的嵌套复式正方周期结构二维声子晶体.借助于平面波法计算了其带隙结构,得出了带隙分布图,讨论了基元阵列的内组合方式及总填充率对带隙范围和带隙数目的影响,并与简单晶格进行比较,从理论上验证了嵌套复式声子晶体利用小尺寸圆柱阵列展宽带隙及增加带隙数目的可行性.

A two dimensional phononic crystal with nesting complex square lattice structure was fabricated, using small columns array to replace each single column basis. The band gap structures of the phononic crystal were caculated with the plane wave expansion method. The band gap maps were introduced to illustrate the influences of the columns' array-form and total filling-fraction on the area and number of band gaps, the band gap structures of complex lattices and simple lattices were compared, which validate the feasibility that the width and number of band gaps can be increased by adjusting the small columns array in nesting complex square lattices phononic crystal.
