为了鉴定四川乳肉兼用牛与父母本的亲缘关系,从50条随机引物中筛选出6条引物对四川乳肉兼用牛及其父母本进行扩增.6条RAPD引物共扩增出334个条带.将这些多态性条带进行聚类分析,结果显示:四川乳肉兼用牛与3个父母本品种牛的遗传差距并不大,在0.01～0.25之间,其中与西门塔尔牛遗传距离最近,与宣汉本地黄牛的遗传距离最远.这与传统的形态学结果一致.

To identify the relationship of the Sichuan cattle and its parents, 6 primers were screened from the 50 random primers to amplify the Sichuan cattle and its parents.334 bands were amplified.Cluster analysis results displayed that the genetic background among the 4 cattle species were not large,between 0.01-0.25,and the genetic distance between the Sichuan cattle and Simmental cattle was the nearest ,that between the Sichuan cattle and the Xuanhan's local cattle was the farthest.This was coincidence with the traditional morphological result.
