提出了缓释氯化铁一磁性模块处理Cr~(3+)污染地表水体的应急无损修复工艺.在强还原氛下,制得3种氧化镁磁性复合材料:800℃轻烧菱铁镁矿、还原煅烧褐铁矿浸渍卤水的煅烧产物、轻烧氧化镁与磁铁矿粉直接混合PAM絮凝的产物.以疏松的纤维无纺布为载体.PAM为团聚材料共同制备成氧化镁磁性模块,对3种复合材料进行检验,发现还原轻烧菱铁镁矿-磁性模块对Cr~(3+)污染水体的修复能力最好,正常条件下3 h内可将地表水中的Cr~(3+)处理到饮用水标准,处理过程对生物无明显损害.

The emergent repairing process of slowly released iron( Ⅲ ) chloride-magnetic module without damage for treating the surface water body polluted by Cr~(3+) is introduced. Three kinds of magnetic composite materials of magnesia under strong reduction condition have been prepared as follows: lightly calcined mesitite at 800℃, the calcined product from reducing calcined limonite marinated brine, and the PAM flocculated product from mixing the lightly calcined magnesia and magnetite powder directly, and use the loose fiber non-woven fabrics as cartier, PAM prepares magnesia magnetic module as reuniting material. The three kinds of composite materials are inspected. It is found that reducing the lightly calcined mesitite magnetic module has the best repairing effect on water body polluted by Cr~(3+). And it can reduce the quantity of Cr~(3+) in surface water to the drinking water standard under normal conditions. During the treatment process, there is no obvious biological damage.
