针对被控对象较多,工艺复杂的生产过程,采用设备阶段控制方式编制PLC程序.将传统的互锁逻辑关系,演化成设备状态的关系,对设备的待机、运行、保持、重启、中止、放弃、停止、完成、复位等状态进程进行管理.使得编程极为方便.通过生产线上立体仓库的控制,详细介绍了设备阶段控制方式在PLC程序编制中的应用.

Aiming at the more controlled plants and complex productior, process, the equipment stage con-trol for PLC program was adopted. The traditional interlocked logical relationship is converted into one of the equipment stage. The stage process is managed of standby, running, hold, restart, suspend, abandon, stop, com-plete and reset. It makes programming very easy. Through the control of tiered warehouse facility, it is de-scried in detail of the application of PLC program by the way of equipment stage control.
