目的观察加味痛泻要方治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法将120例肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组:治疗组60例,采用加味痛泻要方辨证治疗；对照组60例,采用西药治疗.结果治疗组治愈率为61.7％,总有效率为96.7％；对照组治愈率为33.3％,总有效率为85.0％；两组治愈率和总有效率比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论加味痛泻要方治疗肠易激综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广.
목적 관찰가미통사요방치료장역격종합정적림상료효.방법 장120례장역격종합정환자수궤분위량조:치료조60례,채용가미통사요방변증치료；대조조60례,채용서약치료.결과 치료조치유솔위61.7％,총유효솔위96.7％；대조조치유솔위33.3％,총유효솔위85.0％；량조치유솔화총유효솔비교차이유현저성(P＜0.05).결론 가미통사요방치료장역격종합정료효현저,치득림상추엄.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Tong Xie Yao Fang for irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 120 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each.The treatment group were treated with Modified Tong Xie Yao Fang dialectically,and the control group were treated with western medicine.Results The treatment group had a 61.7％ cure rate and a 96.7％ total effective rate,and the control group had 33.3％ in cure rate and 85.0％ in total effective rate,so the differences were significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Modified Tong Xie Yao Fang is effective in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome,which is worth being generalized clinically.
