目的 探讨隧道预置切口白内障合并青光眼联合手术的效果.方法 白内障38例(38眼).分为A组20例,预置切口组,于隧道内预置切口；B组18例,对照组.结果 改进后术程缩短,术后反应轻.结论 对于隧道切口的白内障手术需联合小梁切除或周边虹膜切除术时采用预置切口方法效果良好.

목적 탐토수도예치절구백내장합병청광안연합수술적효과.방법 백내장38례(38안).분위A조20례,예치절구조,우수도내예치절구；B조18례,대조조.결과 개진후술정축단,술후반응경.결론 대우수도절구적백내장수술수연합소량절제혹주변홍막절제술시채용예치절구방법효과량호.
Objective To study the effect of pre-set incision in the tunnel to treat cataract combined with glaucoma.Methods Pre-set incision in the tunnel was used in 20 cases,the group A; and the other 18 cases were in group B,the control group.Results This method reduced the duration of the operation and lessened the postoperative reaction.Conclusion Cataract surgery with pre-set incisional tunnel combined with trabeculectomy or iridectomy is easy to perform and effective for treatment.
