目的 探讨全身麻醉术中不同方式保温的临床效果.方法 收集我院全身麻醉患者120例,分为对照组和研究组各60例,对照组采用单一充气加温,研究组在充气加温基础上辅助液体加温,观察两组患者入室及出室温度,进行对比分析.结果 两组患者应用不同的术中保温方法,其体温均能维持平衡,无一例低于36℃,无一例患者因体温过低导致并发症发生.入室温度组间差异无显著性(p>0.05);研究组降温幅度明显低于对照组,通过t检验分析,出室温度及降温幅度差异均有显著性(P<0.05).结论 全身麻醉会使体温明显下降,采取联合保温的措施能有效维持患者正常体温,从而避免不必要的并发症.

목적 탐토전신마취술중불동방식보온적림상효과.방법 수집아원전신마취환자120례,분위대조조화연구조각60례,대조조채용단일충기가온,연구조재충기가온기출상보조액체가온,관찰량조환자입실급출실온도,진행대비분석.결과 량조환자응용불동적술중보온방법,기체온균능유지평형,무일례저우36℃,무일례환자인체온과저도치병발증발생.입실온도조간차이무현저성(p>0.05);연구조강온폭도명현저우대조조,통과t검험분석,출실온도급강온폭도차이균유현저성(P<0.05).결론 전신마취회사체온명현하강,채취연합보온적조시능유효유지환자정상체온,종이피면불필요적병발증.
Objective To study the clinical effect of different ways of heat preservation in patients during operation with general anesthesia.Methods 120 patients scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and experiment group,with 60 patients for each group.The control group just used air heating,the experiment group combined air heating with fluid heating.Patients' temperature were recorded at entering the operating room(OR) and getting out of it.Results The temperatures of all patients were normal.None was below 36℃.No patients experienced complications of hypothermia.There were significant differences between two groups in the time of entering OR.The temperature in the experiment group at the time of patients getting out of OR and the difference between patients entering the OR(P< 0.05) and getting out of it were statistically significant different with the control group (P > 0.05).Conclusions General anesthesia will cause patients' temperature drops obviously.Combined heat preservation methods of air heating and fluid heating can effectively maintain normal temperature of patients,so as to avoid unnecessary complications.
