为了实现对位移测量的需求,提出了一种基于增量式光电编码器的位移传感器的设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计。传感器硬件部分主要包括增量式光电编码器、信号的传输处理和测量结果的显示。软件部分采用汇编语言设计,实时解算测量结果并驱动显示屏显示。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、测试准确的特点,达到了设计要求。
為瞭實現對位移測量的需求,提齣瞭一種基于增量式光電編碼器的位移傳感器的設計方案,併完成繫統的軟硬件設計。傳感器硬件部分主要包括增量式光電編碼器、信號的傳輸處理和測量結果的顯示。軟件部分採用彙編語言設計,實時解算測量結果併驅動顯示屏顯示。實際應用錶明,該繫統具有操作簡便、測試準確的特點,達到瞭設計要求。

In order to satisfy the requirement of the measure about displacement, the design of the sensor about displacement based on the increment photoelectricity encoder is designed. The hardware system of the sensor is consisted of the increment photoelectricity encoder and the signal disposal in transmission and the display about metrical result. The software system adopts assemble language as development environment. The sensor can accomplish the calculate in real time and the display by driving display. The experiment and application shows that this test system has good performance, and achieve the design requirement.
