在分析传统溢流式染色机工作原理和特点的基础上,提出了一种采用OPC技术的集散式染色机监控系统,将传统的染色机控制器作为下位机通过网络连接起来,增设了上位控制机及系统监控软件,构成一个集散网络监控系统。详细介绍了OPC服务器的软件结构及监控软件的设计。研究结果表明,该系统运行稳定,监控操作方便,有效地改进了染色机系统的工作效率。

Based on the Analysis of the operating principle and feature of classical flooded dyer machine,put forward a distributed dyer machine monitoring system with OPC technology applied on it.Being connected through networking,the dyer controller plays as lower machines,together with the upper control machine and the system monitoring software,a distributed networking monitoring system is constructed.The software architecture of OPC server and the designing of monitoring software is described with details.The results of research present that the system runs in stable status with the convenience operations,and the working effective of system is improved.
