针对功率型电路板建立强制对流三维模型,采用有限元方法,模拟电路板强制对流条件下的温度分布图和速度分布图,同时获得电路板表面最高温度和表面最大流速随不同功率密度变化的关系.
針對功率型電路闆建立彊製對流三維模型,採用有限元方法,模擬電路闆彊製對流條件下的溫度分佈圖和速度分佈圖,同時穫得電路闆錶麵最高溫度和錶麵最大流速隨不同功率密度變化的關繫.
침대공솔형전로판건립강제대류삼유모형,채용유한원방법,모의전로판강제대류조건하적온도분포도화속도분포도,동시획득전로판표면최고온도화표면최대류속수불동공솔밀도변화적관계.
This paper models the forced convection air cooling of circuit boards populated with multiple integrated circuits（ICs）,which acts as heat sources.This paper also describes the application of finite element method for obtaining the temperature profile and air velocity profile of heated Ics.Finally,this paper discusses the relationship between power density and the maximal temperatures maximum speeds of the ICs surface.
