分析了铸造铝合金车轮的铸造现状，通过对比目前国内外主要采用半固态模锻和塑性变形成形工艺，指出采用整体挤压成形工艺，车轮的轮辋和轮辐部分都可通过塑性变形提高其性能。提出了从提高使用性能方面．整体挤压成形是最佳的成形方法的建议。

In this paper, the author analyzed status of the cast aluminum wheel. Through comparing semi-solid state stamping and plastic deformation methods, the authors put forward that felly and spoke of wheel could be improved function by using forming technology of whole pressing. Finally, the authors put forward that forming technology of whole pressing is the best way to form from aspect of improving using function.
