采用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立预均化库屋盖网壳整体分析模型,对支座不均匀沉降对网壳结构性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明沉降支座附近网壳杆件内力受沉降影响较大,随着支座不均匀沉降量的增大,受影响杆件范围不断扩散,部分杆件内力增幅较大,因此当地基条件较差时,应引起结构设计人员的足够重视。

The paper adopts the finite element analysis software ANSYS,to establish the integrated analysis model for the shell performance of roofs of the pre-homogenization store of cement plant,researches the influence of the uneven subsidence of support on the performance of the shell structure,proves the internal stress of the members of shell structure near the subsidence support,and indicates the addition of the internal stress of partial members will be increased dramatically along with the addition of the uneven subsidence of the support and the influenced scopes of the members are added,so the structural design personnel should pay enough attention to the issue in the weak foundation conditions.
