基于新时期地方高师院校人才培养模式的内涵与特征,探讨了物理学本科创新型人才培养的理念、思路和模式.对人才培养方案进行了调整,突出了与创新型人才培养相适应的课程体系的模块化、层次化,构建了更加灵活自由选择的课程体系,搭建了创新型人才培养的实践平台,制订了有效的人才培养机制和便于操作的实施方案.
基于新時期地方高師院校人纔培養模式的內涵與特徵,探討瞭物理學本科創新型人纔培養的理唸、思路和模式.對人纔培養方案進行瞭調整,突齣瞭與創新型人纔培養相適應的課程體繫的模塊化、層次化,構建瞭更加靈活自由選擇的課程體繫,搭建瞭創新型人纔培養的實踐平檯,製訂瞭有效的人纔培養機製和便于操作的實施方案.

Based on the local normal university training model content and features of new era, innovative undergraduate physics training concept ideas and models were discussed. Personnel training program has been adjusted to highlight the curriculum of modular, hierarchical to adapt the creative talent training , a more flexible curriculum has been build, practice platform for innovative training has been set up, effective personnel training mechanism of implementation and easy operation plan have been developed, The practice show that the effect is obvious.
