With the improvement of knowledge and the development of economy, the importance of human recourse management is acknowledged by the society and enterprises. So how to do the work of human resource management effectively becomes a concerned matter for the most administrators in the small and medium -sized enterprises. This paper analysis the problems in the small and medium-sized enterprises and proposes the corresponding measures.
