通过使用故障树FTA分析,主要运用AVLEXCITE进行连杆系统动力学分析、Nastran应力恢复评估连杆应力状况,同时校核螺栓拧紧方式,改善连杆涨断工艺等手段,解决了涨断连杆在试验中出现的多次连杆断裂问题,并通过了相关的可靠性试验,取得了良好的市场表现。
通過使用故障樹FTA分析,主要運用AVLEXCITE進行連桿繫統動力學分析、Nastran應力恢複評估連桿應力狀況,同時校覈螺栓擰緊方式,改善連桿漲斷工藝等手段,解決瞭漲斷連桿在試驗中齣現的多次連桿斷裂問題,併通過瞭相關的可靠性試驗,取得瞭良好的市場錶現。
통과사용고장수FTA분석,주요운용AVLEXCITE진행련간계통동역학분석、Nastran응력회복평고련간응력상황,동시교핵라전녕긴방식,개선련간창단공예등수단,해결료창단련간재시험중출현적다차련간단렬문제,병통과료상관적가고성시험,취득료량호적시장표현。
In this paper, through using the Fault Tree Analysis method, the project group solved broken-up con-rod fracture, and helped the engine matching the con-rod, successfully passed the relevant reliability tests, and achieved good market performance. In the process, we mainly used AVL EXCITE software to analyze con-rod system dynamics, and used Nastran software to recover con-rod stress to assess the con-rod stress conditions, and check the bolt tightening methods, as well as improve the broken-up technology and other methods to realize the goal.
