In this paper, the technical process and the design program based on PLC and configuration software of beer fermentation control system were introduced. On-the-spot data such as temperature etc. could be collected and processed by using PLC and its expansion module in the design program. At the same time, the simulation platform of beer fermentation temperature control system based on W1NCC had been constructed. And the simulation platform could realize automated tracing, monitoring and control of beer fermentation temperature.
