针对基于3G网络的车辆悬架振动数据采集技术进行研究,分析了车辆悬架振动数据采集系统的架构和工作原理,介绍了由加速度传感器阵列构成的多维振动检测装置的原理,给出了加速度信号调理、3G模块与片上系统的接口、SD卡与片上系统的接口等功能电路实现方法.设计的数据采集系统可以工作在离线存储方式,也能工作在实时的在线采集方式,可灵活的用于车辆悬架振动数据采集,为悬架系统的性能分析提供数值依据.

The technology of suspension vibration data acquisition based on 3G network is studied, and the frame and operation principle of the data acquisition system is analyzed. The principle of the multi-dimensional vibration testing devices consisting of acceleration sensor array is introduced, and the complementation circuits of accelerating signal disposal, interface between 3G module and SoC and interface SD card and SoC are given. The data acquisition system can work in offline storage mode or real-time online acquisition mode. It is flexibly used for vehicle suspension vibration data acquisition, and provides numerical basis for the performance analysis.
