Teacher＇s professional skill is an essential technique and ability tor teachers. It is one of the qual- ities necessary to normal college students in vocational college. But there exists some deficiency in the cultivation of teacher＇s professional skill for normal college students. The key to solving the problem is to analyze its caus- es, take measures and search after an effective way of cultivating teacher＇s professional skill in teaching practice.
