针对剩余氨水蒸氨工艺中经常出现碱计量泵流量不稳、剩余氨水反压入碱槽、蒸氨出水不达标等问题,采用舍弃计量泵、在剩余氨水泵前加碱、同时探索蒸氨塔气相组分直接入饱和器,通过以上措施,在确保蒸氨出水氨氮指标合格的同时,也达到了节约能源的目的。
針對剩餘氨水蒸氨工藝中經常齣現堿計量泵流量不穩、剩餘氨水反壓入堿槽、蒸氨齣水不達標等問題,採用捨棄計量泵、在剩餘氨水泵前加堿、同時探索蒸氨塔氣相組分直接入飽和器,通過以上措施,在確保蒸氨齣水氨氮指標閤格的同時,也達到瞭節約能源的目的。

For resolving such frequently occured problems as unstable flow of lye metering pump,residual ammonia water being reversely pressuredinto lye tank,unqualified wastewater of ammoniac distilling system,the following measures are adopted,such as abandonment of lye meteringpump,injecting lye in front of residual ammonia water pump,experimenting to let gaseous component of distilling ammonia tower directlyinto saturator,so we can ensure both qualification of wastewater of ammoniac distilling system and energy conservation.
