基于在校生对旅游实践教学现状和职业取向的问卷结果及毕业生职业去向的实证材料，探讨了旅游实践教学与学生职业取向的关系。结果表明：旅游实践教学的方向设计、条件建设及过程管理等都能影响学生的职业取向，并对其职业去向产生深远影响。在现实基础上，旅游实践教学应加快建设专业实验室、实践基地、实训师资队伍及改进实践教学方法和完善实践教学环节管理等，引导学生职业取向回复正轨。

Based on investigating the tourism practice teaching and students＇ future career choices, and graduates＇ present occupation, this paper analyzes the relationship between the teaching and student＇s future employment, which shows that the orientation, condition and process manage- ment in tourism practice teaching will influence graduates＇ career choices and their future employment as well and offers the following proposals： accelerate the construction of major laboratory, practice base and training teachers ; improve methods of practical teaching and practice teaching management.
