针对某型航空发动机零件材料为K141合金的锁紧块遇到的难题,通过多种丝锥的加工试验和振动攻丝的研究,以及数控技术的引入,总结出了对这种小孔、难加工材料的螺纹加工方法——数控插补铣削螺纹。数控插补铣削是一种可行、高效的螺纹加工方法,尤其是对小孔难加工的螺纹。通过对零件的加工试验,螺纹插补铣削克服了零件材料的难加工因素,高效、高质量的加工出零件。
針對某型航空髮動機零件材料為K141閤金的鎖緊塊遇到的難題,通過多種絲錐的加工試驗和振動攻絲的研究,以及數控技術的引入,總結齣瞭對這種小孔、難加工材料的螺紋加工方法——數控插補鐉削螺紋。數控插補鐉削是一種可行、高效的螺紋加工方法,尤其是對小孔難加工的螺紋。通過對零件的加工試驗,螺紋插補鐉削剋服瞭零件材料的難加工因素,高效、高質量的加工齣零件。

Aiming at the encountered problem of K141 alloy locking blocks used as the engine parts of a certain aircraft,this paper makes many researches to different kinds of taps machining experiments and vibrating taps.Through the introduction of numerical control technology,it concludes a machining method—numerical control interpolating thread milling,which is to machine the small hole thread with difficult process materials.Numerical control interpolating thread milling is a feasible and efficient method of threading.It is particularly suitable to machine the thread with small hole and difficult machining materials.By parts machining tests,thread milling interpolation has not only overcome the problem of difficult machine to the part materials,but also machined efficiently high-qualified parts.
