采用磷酸作为活化剂,以优选后的聚丙烯腈预氧化织物为原料制备活性炭纤维布,探讨磷酸质量分数、浸渍时间、活化温度及活化时间等工艺参数对活性炭纤维布吸附性能的影响.结果表明,最适的工艺条件为磷酸质量分数15%~20%、浸渍时间15~25h、活化温度650℃、活化时间30min.形貌表征显示所制备的活性炭纤维布表面产生了很多微孔,有利于吸附各种气体,同时在微孔的边缘,出现白色小颗粒,可能是活化剂磷酸在高温下形成的.
採用燐痠作為活化劑,以優選後的聚丙烯腈預氧化織物為原料製備活性炭纖維佈,探討燐痠質量分數、浸漬時間、活化溫度及活化時間等工藝參數對活性炭纖維佈吸附性能的影響.結果錶明,最適的工藝條件為燐痠質量分數15%~20%、浸漬時間15~25h、活化溫度650℃、活化時間30min.形貌錶徵顯示所製備的活性炭纖維佈錶麵產生瞭很多微孔,有利于吸附各種氣體,同時在微孔的邊緣,齣現白色小顆粒,可能是活化劑燐痠在高溫下形成的.

With phosphoric acid as activating agent,the Optimal PAN Precursor Preoxidation fabrics was made into ACF cloth.The influences of phosphoric acid concentration,dip time,activating temperature and activating time on the adsorbability of ACF cloth were investigated.The results show that the optimal parameters such as phosphoric acid concentration,the dip time,activating temperature and activating time were 15%~20%,15~25 h,650 ℃ and 30 min respectinvely.Many micropores were produced on the ACF cloth surface,which contributed to the adsorption of various gases.At the same time,some miniscule particles existed at the edge of the micropores,which was probably caused by activating agent with high temperature.
