This paper introduces intelligent well system concept and its system composition;the main foreign intelligent well company intelligent well systems are introduced and analyzed.In order to focus on more mature foreign intelligent well completion system as an example,from the mechanical hydraulic control and electronic monitoring technology proceed with,analyses its flow control technology and implementation,explore the future of intelligent well down hole flow control technology development direction.
