目的：用科学的管理解决中医院校工程技术人员缺乏,医疗设备维修管理相对薄弱的问题。方法：通过加强监督管理,调动工程技术人员学习和工作积极性,克服设备维修中的困难。结果：使学校设备的自主维修率达到80%以上,设备完好率达到90%以上。结论：通过科学的管理和医疗设备工程师的努力,改变中医院校医疗设备现状。

목적：용과학적관리해결중의원교공정기술인원결핍,의료설비유수관리상대박약적문제。방법：통과가강감독관리,조동공정기술인원학습화공작적겁성,극복설비유수중적곤난。결과：사학교설비적자주유수솔체도80%이상,설비완호솔체도90%이상。결론：통과과학적관리화의료설비공정사적노력,개변중의원교의료설비현상。
Objective：To resolve the problem of both lacking engineering and technical personnel and relatively weak in the maintenance of medical equipment in Chinese TCM colleges through scientific management. Methods：Through strengthening supervision and management as well as mobilizing the enthusiasm of engineering and technical personnel to learn and work, the difficulties in the maintenance of equipments were overcome. Results：Self-maintenance rate of the equipments in our university was over 80%, and the availability rate of equipment over 90%. Conclusion：Through the scientific management and the efforts of engineers, the status of medical equipment in TCM colleges can be changed.
