以实际工件为例,分析了可采用的前处理、涂料种类及其涂料施工工艺,并通过不同前处理和涂装工艺的8种组合工艺方案,说明采用不同组合工艺方案的工序数量、流程的不同。还就其他方面的因素进行了讨论,说明了针对具体零件选择涂装工艺方案的重要性。

The pretreatment which can be adopted,coating types and construction technology were analyzed based on the actual workpiece as example.The working procedure amount of different assemble technology project and different flow which was adopt were illuminated by analyzed 8 kinds of assemble combination of pretreatment and coating process.Also some other factors were discussed,the importance of choose coating process according to the specific parts was explaining.
