采用超滤膜分离乳清粉中的乳清蛋白,离子交换树脂提取唾液酸并除去乳糖溶液中的杂质,运用芳香聚酰胺卷式反渗透膜进行浓缩;通过对操作压强、工作温度、渗透通量、浓缩倍数等因素对反渗透浓缩结果的影响,确定了反渗透法浓缩提取乳糖的工艺参数为:采用芳香聚酰胺卷式反渗透膜装置,操作压力为0.5 MPa、工作温度为40℃、乳糖的单级截留率为95%左右,乳糖的成品质量指标,符合相关的国标要求。与现行的结晶工艺相比,污染少、能耗底、收率高,具有良好的开发前景。

The paper describes the use of ultrafiltration membrane separation of whey in the whey protein,ion exchange resin to extract Sialic acid and remove impurities in the lactose solution and aromatic polyamide spiral reverse osmosis membrane to concentrate whey protein.The reverse osmosis process parameters affecting the results of the reverse osmosis concentrate for the lactose were determined by operating pressure,temperature,flux,concentration ratio and other factors.The use of aromatic polyamide spiral reverse osmosis membrane unit,the operating pressure of 0.5 MPa,the operating temperature of 40 ℃,lactose retention rate of 95% single-stage about lactose product quality indicators,in line with the relevant national standard.The crystallization process compared with the existing,is less pollution,less energy consumption,higher yield with good prospects of development.
