压裂是油气井增产、水井增注、提高油气井产能的一项重要措施,在压裂作业中,破乳助排是影响增产效果的重要因素。本文通过石英砂吸附模仿地层吸附的方法筛选表面活性剂种类,挑选出与石英砂吸附量小的表面活性剂进行复配得到助排剂,再在助排剂中加入合适的破乳荆,得到新的破乳助排剂配方。结果表明,当使用浓度0.005%的SR18Y和0.05%的APG1214复配时表/面张力低,助排率为83.9%;破乳助排剂的加量超过0.3%时,表面张力降低至23.5mN/m、界面张力降低至0.5mN/m以下;在40℃的实验温度下,经过120min,脱水率达90%;注入量为2.0PV时,岩心伤害率为13.06%。

Fracturing is an important measure that the oil and gas well production , water wells injection, improve the productivity of oil and gas wells, In the fracturing assignments, demulsification cleanup is the important factors affect the effects of increasing. In this article, through quartz sand adsorbent mimic formation adsorbent for the screening of various surface active agents, pick out the small amount of adsorption, get cleanup additive by complex formulation, adding suitable demulsifier in the cleanup additive and get a new demulsiflying cleanup agent. The results show that 0.005 %SR18Y and 0.05 %APG1214 complexing have a low surface/interracial tension, cleanup rate is 83.9 % ;when the demulsiflying cleanup agen is 0.3 % that surface tension is 23.5 mN/m ,interfacial tension is 0.5 mN/m;at 40℃ experimental temperatures,after 120 min, dehydration rate of 90 %, Injection for 2 PV, core damage rate of 13.06 %
