摘要:以乙醇溶液为提取剂,微波仪辅助浸提核桃壳中的核桃醌,并利用分光光度法,定性的对核桃壳中核桃醌的提取工艺进行了正交试验优化,确定最佳工艺为:提取温度80℃,提取时间2h,料液比1:12(g·mL-1),乙醇浓度85%。

Juglone was extracted from walnut shell assisted with microwave extractive instrument,with ethanol as solvent. Through uv-vis spectrophotometry,the extracting process was optimized by qualitative orthogonal experiments.The optimizied technological conditions were temprature 80℃,time 2h, the rate of material and sovlent l:12,ethanol concentration 85%.
