在中国加入WTO十周年之际，本文根据WTO官方网站所提供的数据，从国际反倾销措施发起的数量、国别、地区和行业分布等角度综合分析WTO成员方所提起的国际反倾销措施的状况，以期揭示WTO框架下国际反倾销措施的特点、原因和趋势等情况。同时，本文也分析和总结我国近10年来反倾销的状况和趋势，以便更好地应对国际贸易摩擦和有效地维护国家的利益。

재중국가입WTO십주년지제，본문근거WTO관방망참소제공적수거，종국제반경소조시발기적수량、국별、지구화행업분포등각도종합분석WTO성원방소제기적국제반경소조시적상황，이기게시WTO광가하국제반경소조시적특점、원인화추세등정황。동시，본문야분석화총결아국근10년래반경소적상황화추세，이편경호지응대국제무역마찰화유효지유호국가적이익。
With China joining the WTO for ten years, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the situation of international anti-dumping measures initiated by the WTO members from the perspectives of the numbers, nationalities, regions and industrial distribution according to the statistics on the WTO official website, in order to reveal the characteristics, causes and trends of International Anti-dumping measures under the WTO. At the same time, this paper also analyzes and summarizes the situation and trend of international anti-dumping in China in recent ten years, so that China can better cope with the international trade friction and effectively protect the country＇s interest.
