以有效专利拥有量作为衡量技术创新能力的指标,从专利类型、专利构成和有效专利维持年限等方面,分析了师范大学技术创新能力状况。应该通过完善政策导向、注重专利转化等政策来提高技术创新能力和水平。

By taking the effective patent as the measuring objects that can represent the technological innovation abilith,this paper analyzes the technological innovation efficiency of South China Normal University from the types,composition and effective lasting length of the patent.The innovation advantage of patent mostly distributes in physics,chemistry,biology and so on.In order to improving the efficiency of technological innovation,we should consummate the patent policy and importance the patent conversion.
